Redmi Note 9 Pro flashed on Geekbench (March 2020)

Xiaomi has geared up to launch its new flagship model Redmi Note 9 Pro in the coming week (March 12th) in the Indian market. In addition, it will be showcasing this model via online streaming rather than an offline setup.


The leaked news gave us an idea that Note 9 Pro will come out soon, but alongside we can that Xiaomi will introduce Redmi Note 9 as well. However, it seems like it would launch Note 9 Pro beforehand and later this month comes up with Note 9 in the market. Moreover, it will be the successor for the Note 8 Pro and alongside will give a tough competition to RealMe 6 Pro.

Not enough information is there to find out what new features are there in Note 9 Pro. However, rumors are there that it comes up with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.8 GHz. If you go by the listing the motherboard is termed as “curtana” although the name of the chipset has not been revealed.


The Note 9 Pro will have a 6GB RAM storage capacity and run on Android 10 which is for sure for most of the devices in 2020. In the single-core test of Geekbench 5, the device scored 569 points and 1755 points in the single-core and multi-core test respectively.


Rumors are there that the same processor will be in use in both Redmi Note 9 Pro and RealMe 6 Pro. So, both will give heavy competition to each other.
