Ulefone was one of the smartphone brands which attended the MWC 2018 and had multiple devices on the show. In addition to showcasing a number of existing phones, the company was also presenting a number of new ones, including Ulefone T2 Pro, T2, S1, S1 Pro, and the Power 5. These showcased phones come with all screen design, among which UlefoneX, T2/T2 Pro feature iPhone X like all-screen display while the rest S1/S1 Pro, S9/S9 Pro, Armor 3, Armor X, Armor L, Power 5 sport 18:9 full-screen display.
Ulefone T2 Pro with Helio P70
As considered to be the company’s newest flagship phone, Ulefone T2 Pro comes packed with a number of high-end specs. Equipped with a MediaTek Helio P70 processor Ulefone T2 Pro adds 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Aside from the Face recognition system, it features the newest in-display fingerprint sensor along with a dual camera setup – comprised of a 21MP camera along with a 13MP secondary camera. Everything except these the phone comes with a 6.7” display and 19:9 aspect ratio and a 2260 x 1080 resolution, 5000mAh battery and Android 8.1 Oreo. It will be supporting a wireless charge. Ulefone T2 with Helio P60
While the Ulefone T2 is not quite as high end as the Ulefone T2 Pro, it is still one which packs in the specs. Ulefone considers it as a world’s first due to it coming powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 processor. This is along with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Furthermore, a 6.18-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and an FHD+ resolution. A dual camera setup is also embedded here, as is 13-megapixel front-facing camera, a 4,400 mAh battery, a fingerprint sensor, and Android 8.1 (Oreo).
Ulefone S1 and the S1 Pro
Ulefone S1 and S1 Pro feature a 5.5-inch display with the resolution of 960 x 480 along with an 18:9 aspect ratio, as well as a dual rear camera setup consisting of 8MP and 5MP cameras. It also consists of a rear fingerprint scanner, MT6580 chipset, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and 3000mAh battery. Both the phones are equipped with separate processors: Ulefone S1 powered by a MediaTek MT6580 processor and Ulefone S1 Pro powered by the MT6739 processor.
Ulefone Power 5
As the world’s largest battery phone, the Power 5 shines with the inclusion of 18:9 all-screen display, dual camera setup, and a whopping 13000mAh battery. The Power 5 gets a boost with the MT6763 processor and features a 6-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ resolution The rest of the specs include 6GB RAM, 64GB storage, a MediaTek MT6763 processor, fingerprint sensor, and Android 8.1 (Oreo) as an OS.
Ulefone Showcased high-end rugged devices
Ulefone was also showcasing a number of rugged devices which all form part of the Armor line. For instance, there is the Armor 3 which features a 5.7-inch all screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio and an FHD+ resolution. As well as 6GB RAM, 64GB storage and a MediaTek Helio P23 processor. A dual rear camera setup is also included (consisting of 21-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras), a 13-megapixel selfie sensor, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a massive 10,300 mAh battery, and Android 8.1. Then there is the Armor X and the Armor L which are alike in featuring a 5.5-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, as well as 2GB of RAM, 16GB storage, a rear camera setup (13-megapixel and 5-megapixel), an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, a 5,500 mAh battery, fingerprint sensor, and Android 8.1 (Oreo). The thing which differentiates them is that the Armor X is powered by a MediaTek MT6739 processor and the Armor L is powered by an MT6580 processor. Last, of all, there is the Armor Mini. This one’s big selling point is though its smaller size it comes with 2.4-inch display, 2500mAh battery which adds up to give 21 days of standby time or 12 hours of talk time.
Some of the other devices Ulefone had on show at the event were the S9 and the S9 Pro sharing a number of common features and specs including all-screen displays and dual camera setups. Although these two identical phones may look alike, it is different on the processors used. S9 is equipped with MT6580 chipset while the S9 Pro is powered by MT6739.
